Linguine al Pesto Genovese

Genoa's signature sauce combines sweet basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Pecorino with olive oil. Traditionally served with green beans and potatoes, the starch helps the pesto cling to every strand of pasta.
